1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the conditions of use for the FoodTracks platform accessible at foodtracks.io. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

FoodTracks is a stock management and sales prediction tool for food trucks and restaurants. The service offers inventory management, AI predictions, and profitability analytics.

3. Registration & Account

You must provide a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

FoodTracks offers a free plan and a PRO subscription. Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google) depending on your device, as well as Stripe for web payments.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, code, and design of FoodTracks are the exclusive property of the publisher. You retain full ownership of your data (products, recipes, sales).

6. Limitation of Liability

AI predictions are provided for informational purposes only. FoodTracks shall not be held liable for business decisions made based on these predictions.
